Hurricane Irene is quickly approaching the East Coast and a 5.9 earthquake centered near Richmond, Virginia,  hit today, being felt in areas up to New England.  So for those on the Right Coast, while it may feel like end times are approaching sooner rather than later  (as discussed in the documentary, "The Quickening"), the truth is that East Coast earthquakes are not totally irregular, so let's not jump to conclusions or panic.  It's true that there has been increased seismic activity as of late (including a rare earthquake in Colorado), but that should lead you to prepare for the worst, not obsess over it.

In addition, clear your mind of any fear and think about what you are thankful for.  Things could be much worse.  Concentrate on the positive and concentrate on the moment, rather than obsessing on the future or things outside your control.  This does not mean to ignore the negative, rather, use negative events as a means to bolster your own appreciation and love.  Peace and love is the way to happiness.

Love and light to you all.
