December 2009 Google security breach, which led Google to team up with the NSA and contemplate shutting down its operations in China, the U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved a cybersecurity bill that calls for increased training, research, and coordination so the government can be better prepared to deal with cyber attacks. China has denied attacking Google's system, and subsequently accused the U.S. of cyber attacks against China. The United States has been at fear of China's growing cyber power for some time now, but recent hostilities between China and the U.S., have resulted in a growing need to address cyber warfare issues. It appears as if China is more prepared than we are for an oncoming cyber war.
